Like many others, I have experienced the frustration of applying for jobs repeatedly. In Pakistan, it's common for institutions to require documents from matriculation onward, all with attestation. My question is, why do they need a complete set of documents at the time of submitting the form? It would be more efficient to have a concise form submission process. Institutions could collect the necessary documents only after candidates clear the test.
